Diary Entry #2

It’s day 2. We started out in West Virginia then to Gettysburg Pennsylvania and we are staying the night in Baltimore Maryland. Today we got to tour the battlefields of Gettysburg. We also got to tour Cyclorama and the museum. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to watch the film because some railroad tracks arms were down and we couldn’t cross. After that we went to Bird-in-Hand (which is a town) where we ate at an Amish restaurant. It was buffet style and surprisingly the food was quite good. Probably the best part at the restaurant was the gift shop they had with amazing deals like post cards 5 for a dollar and let me tell you there were some pretty interesting postcards but I won’t go into detail. We are all excited to stay the night at a hotel, go swimming, sleep in comfy beds, and we’ll even get to sleep in a little bit tomorrow . unfortunantely, when we arrived at the hotel the pool was closed and now all of us are trying to find things to do without getting into too much trouble.
